That means that unions here hit ZERO power. There are a number of teacher and open employee unions here in Texas (rather than digit union per profession, same there is in union states), and NONE of these unions hit the right to together bargain. There is no entity to agree to any proposed cuts. The unions here hit no power.And digit day, God willing, the rest of the US module be just same Texas!
